2️⃣ Can I customise my valet?

✔ Yes! With our "Build Your Own Valet" option, you can select exactly what you need:

  • Pet hair removal

  • Ozone odour treatment

  • Convertible roof cleaning

  • Engine bay cleaning

3️⃣ Do you offer machine polishing or ceramic coatings?

✔ Yes! We offer:

  • Machine polishing (removes swirls & enhances shine)

  • Ceramic spray sealant (long-lasting protection – up to 6 months!)

4️⃣ Do you come to me?

✔ Yes! We are fully mobile, meaning we come to your home, workplace, or any convenient location.

5️⃣ What areas do you cover?

We operate in Bude and the surrounding areas - (+/- 20 Miles).

We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance as slots fill up quickly!

7️⃣ Can I book a same-day or urgent valet?

✔ If we have availability, we’ll do our best to fit you in. However, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.

✔ Prices vary based on your vehicle size & service package.

9️⃣ What payment methods do you accept?

✔ Contactless & Card Payments (via Revolut terminal & Tap to Pay)
✔ Bank Transfer (We can provide account details or a QR code)
✔ Cash

📌 We do not accept cheques.

🔟 Do you require a deposit?

✔ For larger bookings (multiple vehicles or fleet services), we may require a small deposit to secure your slot - On average around 15% of the value of the service - for example if the service was £100 we would require around a £15 deposit.

🛠️ The Cleaning Process

1️⃣1️⃣ How long does a valet take?

⏳ This depends on the package:
✔ Essential Valet: ~ 1-2 Man Hours
✔ Deep Clean Valet: ~ 2-3 Man Hours
✔ Full Valet: ~ 3-4 Man Hours
✔ Showroom Finish: ~ 5+ Man Hours

📌 If your car is heavily soiled, it may take longer. We always confirm timing before starting!

1️⃣2️⃣ Do you use steam cleaning or ozone treatment?

✔ Yes!

  • Steam cleaning is used for deep sanitisation (great for interiors & tough stains).

  • Ozone treatment using our powerful Ozone Generator removes strong odours, bacteria, and allergens from your car. It doesn’t just hide bad odours, it tackles them at the source.

📌 Both are available as optional add-ons.

1️⃣3️⃣ Can you remove stains, pet hair, or smoke smells?

✔ Yes, but results depend on severity.
✔ We use:

  • Wet extraction for deep stain removal

  • Steamers to aid the removal of stubborn stains.

  • Pet hair brushes & vacuum attachments for fur removal

  • Ozone treatment to neutralise odours (Not just covering them up!)

📌 Some heavy stains & odours may require multiple treatments.

🌧️ Weather & Cancellations

1️⃣4️⃣ What if it rains on the day of my valet?

✔ If the weather is severe (heavy rain, storms, or snow), we may reschedule your booking.
✔ If you have a covered parking space or garage, we can still complete the valet.

📌 We always check the forecast and notify you in advance if changes are needed.

1️⃣5️⃣ What’s your cancellation policy?

✔ We understand that plans change! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice.

🔧 Additional Services & Specialist Cleaning

1️⃣6️⃣ Do you clean fuel filler caps & engine bays?

✔ Yes!

  • Fuel Filler Cap Cleaning is included in Deep Clean Valet & higher packages.

  • Engine Bay Cleaning is available as an add-on service.

📌 If you’d like an engine bay clean, let us know in advance!

1️⃣7️⃣ Do you offer fleet or business vehicle cleaning?

✔ Yes! We provide fleet services for:

  • Company cars

  • Work vans

  • Agricultural vehicles

  • Other Specialist Vehicles

⚠️ Aftercare & Maintenance

1️⃣8️⃣ How can I keep my car cleaner for longer?

✔ Avoid eating & drinking inside the car
✔ Use car mats to protect carpets
✔ Apply ceramic spray sealant (we offer this service!)
✔ Book a valet regularly to prevent dirt build-up
